To make this small kitchen lighter and more user-friendly we replaced the old units and dark doors with white cupboards and doors. By partly removing the wall under the arch to relocate the oven and hob we have also increased available worktop area without invading the living area.  With the green cornices and mottled green formica worktop the overall look is much brighter.
